I have come to believe that trapped (unprocessed) personal and, especially inherited (ancestral family line) lower emotions, such as: fear, anger, hatred, anxiety – especially the keystone emotions of abandonment, betrayal, guilt and shame that are embedded in our energy field, impacting our physical well being are coming up at this time to be purged, cleansed and released.
Our emotional or energetic vibrational state not normally taken into consideration in various cultures for the cause of physical ailments, lack emotional well-being and mental health.
These trapped emotions are the ones behind the scenes, creating the vague fears, anxieties, being triggered and lashing out, etc. They also impact the health of our body, especially certain organs and nervous system in a variety of ways.
These trapped emotions are held in the emotional body and accessed via our subconscious data storage system in our nervous system and hence in our meridians, chakras and their associated organs.
I have a theory that this is contributing to what many people call – “ascension symptoms” or blocks, or being disconnected to Source-based higher frequencies of Joy, Love and Peace.
I’ve also noticed that these same individuals seem to be under psychic attack regularly or feel they are. They lack self-confidence, feel unsafe and unloved, and attract challenging people and circumstances; and struggle to move forward in their lives.
These lower frequency emotions create the opening for intrusive thoughtforms and entities to attach. Once attached, they work through one or more (cluster of) trapped emotions to influence thoughts and behaviors. They are held etherically in the energy field until the trapped inherited emotion is released.
As a Spiritual Teacher, I have taught people if they do not feel “clear’, they can readily take action and do a Violet Flame clearing (see my Lightworker Tools and Spiritual First Aid section on my website). Our motto at StarShaman Lightwork Wisdom School is: “If in doubt, do a Violet Flame clearing.”
Yet, a general violet flame clearing cannot address specific issues, like a trapped emotion – especially an inherited (ancestral) one that may go back many generations and you “inherited” it in the womb or within the first 5 years of you childhood.
We can have a blind spot with regards to our own issues. Others can see what we keep hidden from ourselves.
Recently, I was introduced to the Emotion Code book by Dr. Bradley Nelson. I viewed a variety of his YouTube videos. I found great personal benefit from this emotional healing process. I want to send a personal shout out to my friend, Lottie (from Heart and Soul Therapies – UK), for introducing me to this powerful clearing process and working with me to help me clear some of my own trapped emotions.
As soon as I learned more and experienced the benefits, I integrated this emotional code healing process into my Energy Clearing sessions. I have since offered this to family, friends, my animals, students and clients with soul-satisfying success! It works, quickly and powerfully. 🙂
The biggest breakthrough that I found is some of these trapped inherited emotions from your Mother or Father’s family line are not curses as the Shamans call them. Yes, there are scenarios where someone is impacted by ancestral or generational curses. But these operate differently in the background of someone’s life – like a dark, foreboding energy cloud (which can be filled with discarnate spirits, trapped ancestors or other lost soul situations) – weighing a person down, and blocking prosperity, success, soul mission work, etc.
Inherited trapped emotions are felt and experienced differently and are unique in how they play out in someone’s life.
For example, an inherited trapped emotion may go back 100 years or 1,000 + years. If the trapped inherited emotion is anger within the Mother line, and it is tied to many generations that experienced war and all the suffering it created such as: starvation, dislocation, loss of loved ones, etc. — there is a timeline where it set in as a positive survival strategy and worked for the person’s ancestors for a period of time.
But today, the individual carrying it in their DNA, feels compelled to overwork, which creates stress, frustration, and anger at having no time to relax and enjoy their life. Clearing the ancestral emotion of anger and any of its secondary cluster of emotions can clear this subconscious behavior out as well. (Note: The trapped inherited emotion can be either on the Mother or the Father’s family line.)
Here is another example, when an individual has a long-held (hundreds, even thousands of years) inherited emotion of hatred that is is released, I have witnessed (clairvoyantly) a release of all sorts of entities, and lower level archonic beings – psychic parasites and serpent or slug type beings from a person’s chakras and energy field.
Before the clearing is completed and can really come forward to your present time, any attached territorial (demonic) spirits must be checked for. Many times they can be easily released as their contract on the individual dissolves with the emotional clearing. I have witnessed the demon/s throw down the contract/s and leave. The contract/s are then gathered up by the Violet Flame Angels I have called in and burned and sent back to Source.
But sometimes, the contract is not on you acting as the bloodline steward in present time. It may be on your Father, or Mother or the originating ancestor way back it time. It varies and must be checked and tracked. Once the territorial spirits are identified, then I guide you and we work together to rescind, revoke and cancel any and all vows, promises, oaths, agreements, commitments, and ties to the originating scenario, such as: any dark forces or black magic or whatever bound the ancestor and future generations. It is fascinating to me to to find out what the originate tie-in or binding mechanism is.
As a back up, the Courts of Heaven are readily available when there is a recalcitrant demon who won’t give up their contract for fear of retaliation against them by their dark masters. The Angelic Beings in the Courts of Heaven, offer the demon a chance to re-join Source Light and come back Home, while giving up the contract. Either way, the contract is dissolved under God’s Holy Will. I want to set up win-win – for my client; their ancestors and for the dark spirits. Often these ancient territorial spirits are enslaved and have been for thousands or more years. They can hold multiple assignments (contracts) and they are often ready to ditch their old job and come back home to the Light of God.
