- Connect: Make a clear, strong connection with each level of your Highest Sacred Self.
- Ground: Learn how to attune, ground, and work with the sacred energies of the Mother Earth and Elemental Kingdom for healing and manifestation.
- Clear: Discern and clear trapped emotions, ancestral trauma, intrusive energies and emotional cordings to the past – holding your back and/or draining your energy.
- Shield: Call in, hold, anchor, and refresh daily your three levels of invincible psychic protection.
- Awaken: The Higher Self Protocol’s teachings provide you with the spiritual Rules of Engagement and the Safeguards for awakening your intuition and activating your Clair’s. With practice you come to trust your inner guidance.

This allows you to become your own oracle and channel connected to beautiful, loving Beings of Light, the Ascended, Angelic, Star Councils Luminous Beings serving this sweet Earth.
Everyone who attends will be guided to raise their energy, vibration and consciousness to safely “pierce” the 4D psychic astral veil and experience the 5D+ realms of Higher Ascended Light and the loving Beings of Light volunteering to help Humanity awaken, heal and ascend.
Each student builds their own Lightworker’s Toolkit during this course, starting with the “Higher Self Protocol: Connect, Ground, Clear and Shield”process. During the practice sessions, I help ensure you are calling in first your Higher Self, then your Higher Light Teams – Healing, Security and Protection Teams to guide and assist you whenever you need it.
Note: A Lightworker is someone who has a rare gift, even a calling. They have the desire and the ability to lend their power and light to invoke the Light of God and call to the Ascended and Angelic Beings to send their Spiritual light and healing energy to humanity’s collective consciousness to clear karma and fear and negativity on the Planet.
Using the “Protocol“, we begin with the first step to “Connect” with your Highest Sacred Self within a safe, repeatable and verifiable process. No more second guessing if you are connected or not. No more being tricked by imposter spirits.
An important part of connecting is clearing any energetic debris in your upper physical chakras and activating your Soul Star Chakra 8 inches above your head.
The second part of this protocol is “Ground“ is focused on directing you how to create your own powerful grounding and attunement practice with Mother Earth and the Elemental Kingdom.
It is important to learn how to stay grounded in our bodies. In this module, we will continue to work together to:
- Clear your lower chakras
- Clear and activate your Earth Star Chakra (8 inches below your feet)
- Create and send a powerful Grounding Ray of Light into the Crystalline Heart of Mother Earth
- Connect to your 5th Dimensional Earth Keeper Crystal
- Call on the Devas and Nature Spirits of the Elemental Kingdom
- Connect to Earth’s 5th dimensional Healing Grids to energetically assist you to strengthen and revitalize your physical body.
The third part of this protocol “Clear” is focused on how to turn one or refine your inner discernment. You can develop your “inner knowing” and activate your inner Truth Meter to be able to “just know” when you are not energetically “Clear“.
I offer you Ascended Master, Shamanic, Emotional clearing techniques to clear trapped emotions, release faulty, limiting beliefs, ancestral trauma, cut psychic cords, transmute any intrusive energies – and to assemble and call in your own Security and Protection Teams to deal with any negative entities or territorial spirits that may have a contract on you or family line and how and when to ask for permission to use the the Courts of Heaven.
The fourth part of this protocol is: “Shield“. This is critical for safe, harmonious living – free from discordant frequencies and any psychic attack. You will learn how to “Walk in Protection” – sealing yourself within three layers of invincible protection –> Armor of God, Higher Self Crytalline Column of Light and the best shielding practice of all — an upgraded Sapphire Blue Sphere Shielding process that you can install in both your personal energy field and your home environment. This course is meant to bring each participant through some needed self-healing and empowerment, and upgrade each person on energetic levels. Its time to release the fear and anxiety, to feel safe in your body, at work and in your home — wherever you are!
The first half of the course is dedicated to the powerful teachings of the Ascended Masters and Spiritual Deliverance techniques for deeper clearing and healing.
During the second half of the course, I guide you on two Shamanic Journeys. The first is an Inner Earth Journey (often called Lower World Journey) that takes you into the Crystalline Heart of Inner Earth to meet with the Devic Kingdom, Shamanic Master Healers, Power Animals and Keepers of Ancient Timelines.
Everyone loves this Journey! You realize you are a beloved part of her consciousness, which may shift you from just living on the Earth, to walking with her – in Stewardship and Service to All Life on the Earth.
