Your Higher Self is awaiting to connect with you!

When we align and connect to our Highest Sacred Self we begin to find clarity, strength, and purpose (mental body), We experience more peace, calmness, love and acceptance of ourselves and others (emotional body). Our physical body responds by relaxing and releasing the fight & flight pattern you may have been stuck in. Your nervous system down regulates and the peace depeens.

As we continue to cultivate our relationship with our Higher Self, we experience inner healing, a sense of coming home to ourselves, expansion of our intuitive guidance system, and a deepening of our own inner compassion and wisdom (Soul self).

We are offered a safe pathway to connect with benevolent Beings of Light – Ascended Masters, Angelics, Star Beings. Why? Because connecting to our Higher Self shifts our energy, vibration and consciousness (EVC) to a higher frequency. With practice, we become a clear, conscious channels of the Divine.

What is your Higher Self?

Our Highest Sacred Self is a multi-dimensional Being of Divine Light, expressing at the consciousness levels of your Emoddied Soul, Buddhic, Christic, and your individualized Presence of God. Or what the Ascended Master St Germain calls your “I AM Presence“.

Just as our Heart Center is the Gateway to the first level of our Higher Self –Our Embodied Soul – our Higher Self gives us access to higher levels of consciousness where we can access higher realms of Source Light and Divine Intelligence. For Spiritual Adventurers, we get to go quantum!

In other words, our Higher Self is our Divine Gatekeeper that allows us to connect to higher Dimensions of Light, Love, Sound, Memory, and Realities. The Gateway of our Higher Self is the Soul Star chakra (aprox 8 inches above our crown).

For example, as my own relationship with my Highest Sacred Self has evolved over these many years, I’ve come to see my I AM Presence as the orchestrator, conductor and mediator of my ability to safely connect with and consciously channel a variety of multi-dimensional Beings of Light, such as: Ascended Masters, Golden Buddhas, Archangels, Star Councils, Star Families, Sisterhoods of Light, Shamanic Lineages, Dragons of Light, Earth Keepers and Wisdom Keepers, etc.

Through these connections, I have built my Healing, Security, Ascension, and other Higher Light Teams to help me in my personal ascension process, and they love to come in and assist my clients during our sessions.

Our Higher Self is not God, it is that part of us that is an individualized fractal or spark of All That Is. Our Divine Presence acts as a loving, guiding bridge between Source, Creator, God/Goddess/All That Is to our Human self.

For example, Hinduism has many names for God like “Parabhrahman”, the Higher Self is called the “Atma”, In Buddhism teachings the Hihger Self is called the True Self the “Tathagathagarba”, Buddhic Self, Luminous Self, etc. 

Mystical Christian traditions refer to the Higher Self as the “Christ Self”, “Inner Christ” or “Christ Consciousness”. Most traditional Christians call this their “Eternal Soul”.

Instead of using the popularized New Age generic term of “Higher Self”, I prefer to follow the powerful “God Encoded” term from the Ascended Master Teachings – “I AM Presence”. This is defined is the individualized expression of God’s Divine Intelligence anchored, embodied and expressed here on Earth within each Human Being.

I personally experience the Higher Self as a magical, multi-dimensional divine expression that spans our off body chakras (Heavenly and Earth-based) and our seven physical chakras, meridians and descends down through four spheres of consciousness that meet within our lower bodies (phyical, etheric, mental and emotional) and overlap and inter-relate with each other.

Our Higher Self lives within us, above and all around us, is connected to us all the time, in the background, whether we are aware this powerful force of Divine Good in our lives or not. We do not have to believe in our Higher Selves for them to be with us. Our Higher Self honors our free will to believe in them or not…to engage or not.

It is part of my Spiritual Path and Soul Purpose to help humanity to connect to their own multidimensional consciousnesses and Higher Self. Once connected, each person has the choice to continue on their own to create an simple, yet elegant spiritual meditation practice whose intent is to cultivate a beautiful relationship with their own Divine Intelligence, allowing it to guide, clear and protect them.

I have been shown the rules of engagement and how to help you get started on your journey of connecting to the different levels of your Higher Self and make this a powerful, loving, tangible experience.

There is often a need for energy clearing where they may be unresolved traumas, trapped emotions, faulty beliefs from your current life, or inherited from your ancestors or carried over from past lives that blocks this connection.

Once the clearing is concluded, the connection is readily made. I guide you to ask for, and receive, a verifiable electronic “signal” from your I AM Presence so that you are never fooled by imposter or trickster spirits. Simple “safeguards” can be practiced to help you gain confidence quickly so that you know you are truly connected to all levels of your Higher Self – from your Embodied Soul, Inner Christ/Budha, I AM Presence and all the resources each Sphere contains.

I help you ground your Higher Self’s consciousness into every cell and atom of by physical body and then ground your Higher Self energies into the Heart of Mother Earth (Pachamama) – an important Sphere on consciousness to connect and learn to listen to and interact with.

We conclude with the wise spiritual practice of shielding yourself within multiple levels of invincible protection.

The diagram above is a good illustration of the overall “Higher Self Complex” grounded and established within the Planetary consciousness or Earth Sphere.

Our Earth Star chakra is the connecting link to the Planet. This strengthens our physical bodies as we consciously connect to of the five Elements of creation: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. The 5th Element – Ether equals Spirit or Creation energies and our connection to this is in our upper chakras – third eye, crown and Soul Star chakras.

Here is a more detailed outline of the other Spheres of Consciousness:
…As humans we are connected to both the Earth Sphere and Christ Consciousness Sphere at the Heart Center. Just above the Heart Center is the Sacred Chamber of the Heart which contains the Embodied Soul Self. That is why staying centered in our Hearts vs. our analyzer mind helps us to hear the voice of our Soul and follow it or share our Soul’s Truth with others.
…The next level of our Higher Self expression is the Christ or Buddhic Sphere of Divine Consciousness. It is the mediator or the translator of the Source transmissions or downloads we receive from our I AM Presence and any Beloved Higher Light Beings that we connect to within the “Safeguards” of sacred space.
…The highest level of our Higher Self consciousness is our individualized expression of our “God/Goddess Self”, “Over Soul” or “I AM Presence” which refers to the exalted, Divine Aspect of ourselves that is available now to humanity.

If there is a goal here beyond our conscious connection with the Divine, it is – with time and practice – to allow your own Divinity to descend into your physical body, into every cell, atom and electron of your being.

Imagine the healing power of your Higher Self, as a wise, loving, Big Sister or Brother, helping your human lower self clear out the subconscious mind’s conditioning, any faulty, limiting beliefs that you absorbed as a child, trapped emotions that you could not truly feel, process and let go. Even unresolved trauma you may have inherited from your ancestors. Your Higher Self is always connected to Source Light, Love and Divine intelligence and is your best friend and resource for your self-healing process.

A Guide to Sovereignty, Discernment, and True Higher‑Dimensional Connection

Awakening To Your I AM Presence

There comes a moment on every seeker’s path when the desire to connect with Angels, Ascended Masters, and Galactic Beings of Light becomes irresistible. The heart remembers. The Soul stirs. Something ancient calls.

But before we reach outward, we must turn inward.

The true gateway to the higher realms is not “out there”. It’s within.
It is your I AM Presence—the individualized expression of God/Goddess/Source as you.
Your Oversoul. Your eternal Self.
The Infinite Being in a body that you are.

At this level of consciousness, there is only Peace, Unity, Divine Love, Harmony, and Oneness. From here, your awareness naturally expands to include humanity, the Elemental Kingdom, Mother Earth, the stars, and the vastness of the Galaxy.

This is far more than the vague New Age idea of a “Higher Self.”
Your I AM Presence is the ascended, perfected You—the one known in other star systems, in the Galactic High Councils, in the Courts of Heaven, and the Karmic Board.
It is the great overseer of your Soul – some call your Over Soul or Monad.

And it is the only one you are ever truly channeling.

Understanding the Architecture of Your Consciousness

To connect safely and clearly with higher-dimensional Beings of Light, you must understand the layers of your own multidimensional nature:

• 3D – Physical Body
• 4D – Etheric, Mental & Emotional Bodies
  (Divine Potential, Higher Mind, emotional clearing, karmic healing)
• 4D – 5D Soul Self
  (Soul Contract, intuition, psychic gifts, past-life memories)
• 5D – Christ Self
  (Inner Knowing, Illumination, Compassion, Divine Wisdom)
• 5D+ – I AM Presence
  (Direct Knowing or Downloads, Light Language, Activations and Initiations)

When you learn to rise through these layers, you pierce the psychic‑astral barrier and enter the realms of Illumined Truth.

Why Your Relationship With Your I AM Presence Matters

Many seekers struggle to connect with higher beings because they have not yet strengthened their relationship with their own multidimensional self and their I AM Presence. Without this foundation, the lower astral realms can mimic higher frequencies and create confusion.

This is why energetic sovereignty is essential.

The first and most important protocol is simple: “No energy, no consciousness, no Being may approach me except through the power and permission of my I AM Presence.”

This single agreement protects you, aligns you, and ensures that all contact is lawful, loving, and true. I call this, the “Spiritual Rules of Engagement”.

When an Ascended Being of Light reaches out, they do not bypass your I AM—they come through it. They send a filament of their consciousness to your I AM Presence, which then allows you to feel their frequency in your upper chakras. Your Soul Star is activated and your crown quickens. Your field expands. Their signature is unmistakable.

This is called their unique electronic signal. Your I AM has one and so does every Ascended, Angelic, Christed, Buddhic or Galactic Being. It is their unique frequency that our feeling nature can easily pick up. I show people how to do this.

For example, a Pleiadian feels different from Mother Mary.
Mother Mary is no longer the embodied woman who gave birth to Jesus—she is a loving ascended consciousness.

What reaches you is a filament of her magnificent, vast consciousness that is stranding into your I AM and connecting down your upper chakras into your crown to send you a message. The conduit is your I AM, not Mother Mary.

Your I AM in the cell tower broadcasting the frequency of advanced Beings of Light. This is how true higher-dimensional communication works.

The Invocation of Sovereignty and Protection

Here is a simple, powerful practice to anchor into your I AM Presence:

1. We begin by using your breath to ground back into your body.
2. Place your attention into your belly and breathe comfortably.
3. Call back your spirit, your mental and emotional bodies across time and space. Feel your own energy returning to you and sinking back into your belly, your hips and thighs.
4. Now breathe love into your Heart Center. Your Heart is the Gateway of your Soul.
5. Imagine a small heart flame within your heart. Visualize it activating and expanding into a three-fold flame—Yellow (Wisdom), Pink (Love), Blue (Will).
6. Expand this through your field.
7. Now let your attention rise up above your heart center to the Sacred Chamber of the Soul.
8. Continue to focus on your breath and let your consciousness flow up into this Sacred Chamber. Imagine a ancient doorway open or ornate curtain part…so that you can flow into this chamber to meet, what I like to call, the Golden Buddha within. You may see just a golden orb of light. This is the Seat of your Soul – filled with Divine Wisdom & Compassion.
9. Let your awareness rise up through the central pillar along your spinal column – through the throat, third eye and crown chakras.
10. Pause and breathe and set your intention to activate your Soul Star Chakra. The Soul Star is the gateway to your Higher Self, the higher dimensions.
11. Silently invoke your I AM Presence and allow yourself to rise into the quantum realms, moving up the central pillar along a golden cord of light.
12. Affirm, “I am connected to my I AM Presence”. Pause and feel the shift. Ask for your I AM to send you a energetic signal. Allow your heart to feel this move in and around you.
13. Once, you feel connected, visualize and intend the Golden-White Light of Source to descend back down through the densities into your field.
14. Ask it to come all the way down into your Heart Center. Feel this connection expand your heart.
15. Ask this Light to continue down into your lower chakras. Call to the 5th dimensional Violet Flame to help cleanse and purify and dense, old energies you are unconsciously holding.
16. Now run this Source Light down through you to your Earth Star chakra. Your Earth Star is your real root chakra. It ties you to Mother Earth and connects you to her healing energies and crystalline grids.
17. Connect with Pachamama for a few minutes, ask her to send her healing energies up into your body and energy field.
18. As this connection and grounding work is completing, call your Christ or Buddhic Self to seal you in the Armor of God.
19. Then call to your I AM Presence to send down a column of Crystalline, Golden-While Light to fully seal you in the Christ Light.
20. Thirdly, call to Archangel Michael to send you his Sapphire Blue Sphere of Invincible Protection to encircle you.
21. Now you are connected, grounded, cleared and sealed in the LIght and are ready to practice calling in the Beings of Light from the Realms of Illumined Truth. Who would you like to connect to? I recommend you start with an Ascended Master or Archangel, as they are here to help us awaken, heal and work with them.
22. First, affirm your sovereignty: “Only the highest Beings of Light may come close.”
If you sense a presence, ask: “Do you come in the name of the Christ Light?”

A true Being of Light will wait, honor your boundaries, and send a clear signal of Love.

If something feels off, pause.
Ask your I AM Presence for clarity.
If needed, call in the Violet Flame Angels to clear your field.

Your I AM will not rescue you from lessons you are meant to learn.
But it will guide you, strengthen you, and help you discern.

Discernment in the Astral Realms

Not all beings honor Cosmic Law.
Some will attempt to mimic higher frequencies. But they cannot duplicate a 5D+ electronic signature or energetic signal from Beings of Light.
They flatter. They tell you what you want to hear. They bypass. They test your boundaries.

If they violate your sovereignty, you have every right to command them to leave.
Strong boundaries are not aggression—they are spiritual maturity.
Note: I personally, have a no-nonsense policy. As I am not interested in what theses beings have to say. They no they cannot run their racket on me.

But the deeper truth is this: When you stand in your I AM Presence, they cannot touch you.
Your field becomes unmistakable.
Your sovereignty becomes non-negotiable.
Your Light becomes unapproachable to anything discordant.

Why this I AM (Higher Self) Protocol Matters

The Safeguards of Pure Channeling are simple and straightforward.
~ Part One is the Four Keys: Connect, Ground, Clear, Shield.
~ Part Two is the Sovereignty and Spiritual Boundary Test.

Many modern seekers have been taught that channeling is casual, fun, or effortless.
This is the result of diluted teachings and false-light infiltration.

Half of my healing practice involves clearing “spirit guides”, even unhealed ancestral spirits that were never guides at all.

There are no shortcuts.
No bypasses.
No exceptions.

You cannot access the higher realms until you become humble, patient, and deeply attuned to your I AM Presence.

I love this prayer or invocation. I use a variation of this at night when I take my 4 dogs out for their “potty walk” before we all go to bed. I reach my hands up and call on the Galactic Federation of Worlds to help us, to assist humanity to heal and fully awaken to our divine, spiritual multi-dimensional nature. I ask them to prepare us to receive them – to open our hearts and still our negative mind chatter. I specifically ask our benevolent Galactic Family to activate full Disclosure world-wide, to bring forth their beautiful healing, free energy, galactic interstellar travel, and other technologies that will upgrade all our lives and clean up the toxins in/on the planet. I ask that all of this be made available to all the people of Earth/Terra/Gaia, not just an elite few.

The purpose of this article is to share that we truly are the one’s we’ve been waiting for. There are over 100,000 million starseeds embodied on Earth at this time – if not more. It does not take everyone on Earth to full awaken, take responsibility for their thoughts, feelings, and actions to allow the Earth to Ascend. It takes approximately 2% of the population at a minimum. So the numbers are in our favor and we can continue to take responsibility for our awakening and healing process. This is happening right now, everywhere!

People everywhere are starting to remember that we are multi-dimensional beings who live in a multi-dimensional Universe. Many of us are starting to remember our previous lives – retrieving different levels of our higher consciousness and aspects of our higher nature. We are at a minimum 3D, 4D, 5D beings right now. At the 3D level is our physical body or avatar, at the 4D level is our etheric, mental and emotional bodies. These comprise our 4 lower bodies that need to be cleansed, cleared, restored, upgraded in order to be open and anchored within the framework of our 5D+ I AM Presence.

The heart is the gateway of the Soul and 5D consciousness. An open heart allows us to connect to our Highest Sacred Self and act on the natural impulse to cultivate a relationship with the Divine and all its expressions — Truth, Justice, Harmony, Unity, Oneness, Compassion, Empathy, Love for Humanity, the Earth and the Elemental (Nature Kingdom) and all her lifeforms. 5D is not a goal or destination – it is a gateway to the greater spiritual aspects of our multi-dimensional consciousness – the higher spiritual realms, the Archangels (Angelic Kingdom), Ascended Masters and our Star Families. Moving forward, cultivating a connection to your Higher Self, to Source – the One Creator-Giver of All Life – will allow your Galactic Star family to come closer to and eventually connect with you. They are watching and waiting.

Then there are people, like myself, that have been gifted to be an Ambassador of sorts to help make introductions between Starseeds and their Star Family. Many Starseeds are already connected to and working with their Star Family, various High Councils and the Galactic Federation. The Ambassador role is not always easy, and not always welcomed on various system of worlds. But it part of my retrieved memories from my Pleiadian Star Family. I have played this role on number of past Galactic Federation missions. This time contact will occur from the ground up. Many Starseeds on are recon missions now, preparing the way for larger contact. Keep praying for their help and invoking the Light of God into the outer-world events. Which Star Lineage do you feel the greatest affinity to?

The following are the primary Galactic Federation of World’s benevolent races that have committed a large contingency of “embodied Starseed ground crew” to help clear the old dense 3D/4D control matrix and download the new Ascension light codes to heal the Earth/Terra/Gaia planetary bodies and crystalline grids. Many of are here to ensure the Ascension timeline is fully activated, monitored and secured. Most awakened Starseeds, Indigos, Lightworkers, Shamans, Healers, Psychics are aware that we are in a multi-dimensional timeline war to take back our planet during this Ascension cycle.

• LYRA – The general area of the “birth” of the humanoid race. It is home to a plethora of worlds. All humanoid races in our galactic family have genetic roots connected to Lyra. It is the symbolic harp upon which the song of humanity is played. We could all say that we came from Lyra. They are often time called our Guardian Founder race.

• SIRIUS – A trinary star group, it is known in Earth mythology as the Dog Star. Sirius was one of the first areas to be colonized by beings from the Lyran star group. Sirius embodied the energy of the triadic template and perpetuated the drive toward integration. There is a large variety of consciousness types that incarnate in this system.

• PLEIADES – Colonized by Lyran offshoots, this group is Earth’s main genetic connection from extraterrestrial sources. The Pleiades has two primary stars containing planets settled by the Lyrans – Taygeta and Alcyone. The various Pleiadian races support Humanity’s awakening, as they promote spiritual evolution. They became well known publically due to their contact with the US Gov in the 1940’s. The Galactic Federation of Worlds (GFW) sent Valiant Thor, as he was called, to teach us about hyper-space travel with the purpose to speed up Earth’s technological evolution. There are more Pleiadian starseeds than other Star Races.

• ARCTURUS – This star system contains a beautiful blue planet orbiting a red giant star Arturus. They are associated with the Blue Ray. This is one of the most advanced civilizations in the galaxy – highly developed culturally, technologically and spiritually. They are an archetype or future-self ideal of ascended Earth/Terra/Gaia. The Arcturians assist in healing both personal and planetary consciousness. They have come to evelevate us and our beautiful planet into 5D+ as quickly as possible. If you are naturally gifted in technology, science, research you might be an Arcturian Starseed. Their vibration and consciousness extends from the 6th to the 9th dimension.

• ANDROMEDA CONSTELLATION– The Zenae Andromedans are very high dimensional beings that have been attributed to the angelic kingdom due to some of this race’s ability to reaching non-physical 12D frequency. The majority are humanoid with blue-gold skin and are often mistaken for Arcturians because they are extremely spiritual race, equivalent to the 9D Ohorai Arcturians. They originate from, as do most benevolent star races do, to the Taal Lyrans. They are spiritual warriors, creating their own Andromeda High Council which is non-physical. They are their increasing their interaction with Earth, alongside the Galactic Federation of Worlds. They have forseen we are at a tipping point in our history after thousands of years of the negative control agenda. More young people are Andromeda Starseeds, while the 1st wavers, like myself are Plieadian.
Note: It is very important to pay close attention to the difference between the Andromeda Constellation benevolent races vs. the Andromeda Galaxy negative races.

• ORION – This is the main “battleground” for the challenge of polarity integration, seeded from Sirius as well as Lyra and Vega. There is a direct connection with Earth, as explored in later chapters (Orion). Many star races have interacted with the Orion Council of Light to provide assisted during the Orion Electrical Wars. There are many starseeds that hold trauma from this war that offers a huge opportunity for healing while embodied on Earth. As an Energy Field Clearing and Healing expert, I witness the challenge and results that stem from a lack of awareness and disconnect of how the energy body affects the physical body’s overall health. During this Ascension cycle we are undergoing a physical Ascension. This makes maintaining your energy field in a clear, pure state as possible critical to your overall ascension progress.

As we clear at all levels of our being, we can hold higher resonating frequencies of loving detachment, inner peace, compassion, and allowance for each soul on the planet to experience the results of their free will choice.

I understand that a person’s Higher Self and Spirit Guides, and even their conscious mind, know that it wants a change, to be able to feel clearer, healthier or free. However the other 90% of their being is stuck in the past and is expressing major resistance and would prefer to stay in their comfort zone.

People can even become ill due to this disconnect because they are not sensing when something isn’t right for them, whether its food, a person or situation.

They are not sensing or aware of what it is they are exactly feeling or picking up on. They may feel uncomfortable for just a few seconds, then it passes. This discomfort is quickly forgotten or they just shake it off.

A lot of the time they are picking up emotions and mental beliefs from others that don’t belong to them. This is very common for empaths without strong boundaries or knowledge of how to work on their inner selves or clear negative energies. During this Ascension cycle the Universal Shadow is rising to be witnessed and transformed. With it comes disconcerting information about the dark forces, mind control, deception practices, and false light control mechanisms. Fear is rampant within the collective consciousness which people pick up and then become energetically polluted.

Due to the porousness of their energy fields, they take on the negative energies and emotions, identifying it as their own because they are not clear within themselves. They are expressing what energy healers call being “energetically in-congruent” within themselves. They stopped listening to their hearts and trusting their internal Truth barometers. Truth is unfortunately, being conditioned out of the population, to be replaced by culturally mandated trust in government and authority that does not always have our highest good in mind.

I help my clients release these impacted emotional energies as a first step in their clearing process. Releasing the blocks within each chakra and the emotional and mental bodies within the overall energy field can truly upgrade a person’s health and well being. When the chakras and energy field are clear of psychic debris, a lot of old dense energy is released, restoring a person’s sense of self. Then I work with current life traumas and relationships, which opens up the the time lines of the ancestors, as well as the past life history. Clearing the old karmic agreements, timeline, ancestral trauma, even the bloodline has profound positive effects on a person’s health and well being – their sense of wholeness is restored.

Timeline work is an intricate part of the clairvoyant tracking work I do to assist what needs to be released from the past. This allows higher energies of love, forgiveness, reconciliation, peace, etc. that were blocked many generations or in previous lifetimes to flow into the present. This in turn creates a future that is more in alignment with the Soul’s mission and the Ascension energies flowing into the Planet.
